Below are the Affiliation forms your club will need to fill out and hand to the Clubs and Societies Officer at the Student Union. New clubs should also fill out the 'Start a new Club' page to submit your online club page. Before filling in the paperwork below please read the Affiliation fact sheet to ensure your club is eligible for affiliation. Use the check list on that sheet to ensure you have completed everything you need to.

When you’re holding your AGM, feel free to use our Annual General Meeting Minutes template to make sure you cover all the necessary elements. If you're not using our template make sure you cover important elements like attendance and bank signatories - your bank may need to see your minutes to make changes to the club's account.
